At Procables our sustainability goals are aligned with the three strategies determined by the corporation:

We strive to align the Group's Management Objectives with the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) or Sustainability Indicators, for which Procables has defined specific actions designed to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals, working on 5 of the 17 proposed objectives. :

• Social impact:

We are committed to our social impact, that is why we promote a business model that integrates economic, social and environmental responsibility in all aspects and activities in a strategic way and a look towards the future with a follow-up for its constant improvement.

• Environmental sustainability:

At Procables we work to reduce the environmental impact of our products through the responsible consumption of resources: energy, water, and circular economy projects.

• Environmental declaration

We are an eco-efficient company focused on strengthening the environmental culture, adapting new changes that contribute to the sustainable development of the internal and external context of the organization.

We manage environmental matters under three programs:

1. Energy: Its purpose is to optimize the consumption of electrical energy per ton produced, through a culture of responsible use of this resource, through the implementation of energy efficiency projects, and in the future the use of renewable sources. The main initiatives recently worked on are: change of motors, installation of meters in high consumption points, thermographic monitoring, change of compressors, change of ovens, LED lights, among others.
2. Water: Program focused on responsible use and elimination of any negative impact on the production process of this resource. This is achieved through characterizations of industrial water, installation of energy-saving equipment, daily monitoring of losses, improvements in the cooling tower, among others.
3. Waste: Its purpose is to reduce the generation of waste, increasing its use and managing it responsibly. This is achieved through projects such as: recovery of reels and pallets, reuse of plastics in the production cycle, reduction of cardboard boxes. Among others.
